This celebration at Villa Miani, perched high above Rome with its breathtaking view of the Vatican dome, was the perfect expression of timeless romance and contemporary elegance.
Our fabulous young French couple chose the Eternal City for their destination wedding, and every detail of the day reflected their radiant personalities — refined, joyful, and full of life.
The Ceremony in the Secret Garden
The day began in the Secret Garden of Villa Miani, a hidden oasis of greenery and serenity. Guests were welcomed with soft classical melodies. Under a magnificent floral arch, the couple exchanged vows surrounded by 150 loved ones, bathed in the golden afternoon light.
It was a moment suspended in time : heartfelt, poetic, and truly unforgettable.
Cocktail Hour with a View of the Vatican
As the ceremony concluded, guests were invited to the villa’s panoramic garden for a cocktail reception overlooking St. Peter’s Basilica. The view was simply breathtaking : the Vatican’s cupola glowing pink against the Roman sky. Laughter and music filled the air as guests enjoyed refreshing spritz cocktails, Italian sparkling wine, and gourmet bites of Mediterranean flavors.
Dinner and Celebration in the Patio
As twilight deepened, dinner was served in the villa’s patio, a refined open-air setting adorned with soft lighting, cascading flowers, and elegant décor. A live orchestra played as guests savored a menu of exceptional Italian cuisine. Between each course, heartfelt speeches from family and friends brought both laughter and emotion, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere that perfectly reflected the couple’s story. The newlyweds opened the dance floor under a canopy of lights, sharing a magical first dance that soon turned into a joyful celebration. A spectacular dance show followed, energizing the entire patio and inviting everyone to join in. The orchestra seamlessly transitioned into a lively DJ set — a mix of French classics, Italian hits, and international beats that had everyone dancing late into the night. Just when it seemed the night couldn’t get any more vibrant, the celebration moved upstairs for the cutting of the cake, adorned with magnificent fireworks, followed by the afterparty, located in the villa’s private disco.
